Training analytics
See what changed.
AARU separates training progress into distinct perspectives so one workout can be understood through volume, repetitions, strength progression and average mechanical load.

Different metrics answer different questions
Total volume shows how much work was completed. Repetitions show output independent of load. Strength progression gives context to top performances. Average load helps describe the intensity of the work.
No single metric explains everything. AARU keeps them separate so a trend can be read with more care.
Look across sessions, not just one day
A single session can be affected by sleep, fatigue, exercise order or normal variation. Trends become more useful when they are read across several workouts.
AARU’s analytics are designed to make those changes visible without forcing a lifter into unnecessary interpretation.
From logging to understanding
The log records what happened. The analytics layer helps show what changed after the work is done.
That separation keeps the session focused while still giving training history a clear visual language.
