Muscle balance

See how your training is distributed.

AARU’s muscle-balance view is about training distribution. It helps show which muscle groups have been represented recently and which ones may be underrepresented in the current week.

Distribution, not diagnosis

Weekly balance gives visibility into how exercises contribute across muscle groups. It is not a medical assessment and it does not diagnose imbalance.

The purpose is training context: what has been worked, what has been emphasised and what may deserve attention in future sessions.

Beyond total workload

Two weeks can have similar total volume while distributing that work very differently. AARU makes the distribution easier to see.

This helps a lifter understand whether recent sessions have been concentrated in a few areas or spread across the programme.

A weekly view of training balance

The weekly frame is intentionally practical. It is close enough to recent training to be useful, but broad enough to avoid overreacting to one workout.

Muscle balance belongs next to analytics and workout history because it adds context after the work has been recorded.
