Strength rankings
Give every performance a position.
Raw weight is useful, but it does not always explain what a performance means. AARU frames each lift inside a visible ranking context so progression is easier to read over time.

Context beyond the number on the bar
Strength ranking turns a single performance into something easier to compare with previous work. It helps separate a heavy set from a meaningful progression.
AARU does not need to expose a complex formula to be useful. The value is in giving a lift a consistent position that can be revisited as training evolves.
Exercise-specific progression
Different movements progress differently. A bench press, row, squat variation or curl can each carry its own history and context.
By keeping rankings tied to the exercise, AARU avoids treating all strength work as one generic number.
A visible standard for improvement
The ranking view gives performance a more legible shape. It supports comparison across time without reducing progress to a single personal record.
Used with workout tracking and analytics, rankings become one part of a broader training record.
