Body measurements
More than weight.
AARU treats body measurements as a long-term record. Weight can be part of the picture, but proportions, ratios and measurement history often explain change more clearly.

Measurements over time
Body measurements create a record that can be compared across weeks or phases of training. Shoulders, chest, arms, waist, thighs and other supported measurements can become part of the same history.
The point is not to chase a universal ideal. It is to make personal change easier to see.
Ratios and proportions add context
A single measurement rarely tells the whole story. Ratios and proportions can describe relationships between measurements in a more useful way.
AARU keeps that information visual and neutral, avoiding shaming language or unrealistic promises.
A calmer body record
Training changes can be subtle. A calm record helps avoid overreacting to one weigh-in or one measurement.
Body analytics sit beside workout and performance data so visual progress can be understood as part of the broader training record.
